What file types are supported?

DRM-free EPUB files only. SourcePrep does not support PDF, MOBI, or DRM-protected EPUBs.

Why can't I convert my EPUB?

Most likely the file is DRM-protected. SourcePrep only works with DRM-free files. Also check that the file is a valid EPUB.

Where are my converted files saved?

In the output folder you chose during setup. You can change it anytime in Settings.

Can I reconvert a file?

Yes. Right-click the file and choose Reconvert, or select it and press Command-R.

How do I report a bug?

Use "Copy Support Info" in Settings or the Help menu, then email support@sourceprep.app with the copied info.
